Once you have found an available apartment that meets your needs, you are ready to begin the application process. To secure an apartment at The Ritz Plaza, the following will need to be submitted:

• A completed application
• A credit report fee of $45 per applicant. (Made payable to: Stonehenge Management LLC)
• Income verification. (Income must equal or exceed 45 times the monthly rent)

Please provide verification of your annual income with your application (or immediately following the submission of the application) together with a copy of your photo identification and a copy of your most recent bank statement. Also provide your three most recent pay stubs, and a typed letter from your employer which must be on company letterhead, indicating your position, length of employment/start date, salary, and bonus. Rent and Security Payments

Upon approval of the lease application, you must furnish cashier's checks or money orders for the first month's rent and security deposit. Please note that the approval process is typically completed within a 24-hour period.
