	When the weather is warm retreat to your own private terrace or the furnished rooftop deck to enjoy a moment of peace or entertain friends. Grab your lunch or a cup of coffee and sit in The Fireman's Memorial Park right outside the building. It recently received fresh and fragrant landscaping upgrades. New trees and greenery will please your senses along with the fountain.

	Our latest plans will take the RP Level up another notch. We will be creating a RP Social Community Room with a kitchenette, a conference table, a 48" Plasma T.V. and surround sound system with comfortable fun seating for up to 20 friends at a time. The 140' square room will lead out to a 120' square rear terrace with landscaped planters, wood bench seating, cream canvas umbrellas, an outdoor sound system and plenty of space to book your upcoming birthdays or special occasions. We plan to light candles in lanterns at least 3 nights a week, play mellow music, and open the terrace door for those of you who want to mingle and enjoy each others company. In addition the RP Level Terrace and Community Room will be lap top haven as we'll be installing wireless throughout.
